This package was tested at RSICC on a Xeon PC running Windows 7™ 
w/ Cygwin 64 bit and Red Hat Linux 64 bit and MacOS 10.9.5. Disk 1 contains 
executables for Linux installation Disk 2 contains executables for MacOS 
and Disk 3 contains Windows (Cygwin) executables and additional system libraries.  
Test problems are included in the  TestSuite11 directory. Test problems ran on 
all installations.
