This package was reviewed at RSICC using a 64-bit AMD OPTERON running 
RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.4.

There are two tarballs for Sceptre v. 1.1: radlib contains the Sceptre 
code itself, and radtools contains some pre- and post-processing tools, 
which do various things such as attach source terms to the mesh file, 
and post-process the angular flux files to generate electron currents 
and charge and energy depositions.
