Included in the package is a precompiled executable for Windows 
systems.  This package was reviewed at RSICC using a 32-bit Intel 
Xeon PC running Microsoft® Windows XP™ SP3 and a 64-bit 
Microsoft® Windows 7™ SP1.  This program was distributed as 
received from the author.  Source code is not included.

SACALC3.EXE can run from the hard disk, from CD, or from a memory 
stick.  Copy the program file SACALC3.EXE into a directory of 
your choice, e.g. C:\SACALC. 

To execute the program, click on START, then RUN, and type in the 
full pathname and program name, e.g. C:\SACALC\SACALC3.EXE, and 
click OK.  To remove, simply delete the SACALC3.EXE.  No changes 
are made to the Windows registry nor does it install DLL files.
