RSICC obtained the Bulk_C-12 ackage through the NEA Data Bank and
made no changes to it. The NEADB identifier is NEA-1771/01.

BULK_C-12 runs on Pentium personal computers under Windows XP using
Microsoft Excel.

Note:  At RSICC the Macro Security Level had to be changed to "medium" for
the excel macros to work.


SPECIAL REMARKS FOR THE USER
----------------------------

In file "bc12-tests.doc" several test cases are described. The two first 
cases do not have the illustration of the target choice (Carbon or 
Copper). Using the Carbon target the run tests were successful.
