The package was compiled at RSICC on a Pentium PC running Windows XP™ with Compaq Digital Visual Fortran 6.6C CNCSN subdirectories contain developer's executables. See Readme.run ASCII text files in each subdirectory for important input options and command line syntax. There is not a single report which documents the CNCSN code system. Documentation consists of various reports which will be extracted to the CNCSN\Doc subdirectory. User Guides for several of the main modules are included in the RSICC document transmitted in file c726.pdf. Some of these reports were updated in 2007 and 2008, but the authors reference them with the 2004 and 2005 dates. The CLI syntax USAGE is: cncsn_program_name
