Note:  The code was tested at RSICC on a PENTIUM III 650 Mhz Micron
running Windows 2000.  Executables were created by the author with
Lahey Fortran F77L3/EM-32 V5.2.  A Fortran source file is also included.  

To install the code, expand the RSICC distribution file. 
Then click on SETUP.EXE as directed in the README.TXT file. 
The installation procedure prompts user for location of 
directory to which all files will be written.  Default is 
c:\Program Files\GUI2QAD_3D.

Information on running the code is included in Chapter 1 of
the report which will be in the GUI2QAD_3D\doc subdirectory.

~15MB is required for file expansion and code installation.
