UDAD was developed at Argonne National Laboratory in 1979 to run on an
IBM 370 and was received through the Energy Science and Technology
Software Center.  No executables are included with the package.  See
the reference document for details on package execution.  UDAD was 
unsuccessfully tested at RSICC due to machine upgrades.
