To extract the files from SWIFT.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir swift
cd swift
a:\swift   

SWIFT was developed at Sandia National Laboratory to run on a
CDC7600 machine and in 1999 was transmitted to RSICC through the Energy 
Science and Technology Software Center.  No executables are included 
with the package. See the reference document for details on package
execution.  Because no CDC machine was available, SWIFT was not
tested at RSICC.
