To extract the files from FESH.EXE, type the following commands
where a: is your floppy drive and c: is your hard drive.

c:\
mkdir fesh
cd fesh
a:\fesh   

FESH was developed to run on a CDC 6600 and 7600 machine. Because no
machine was available, the code was not tested at RSICC.  No
executables are provided with the package.  See the documentation
for details on program compilation and execution. FESH was developed
at Northwestern University and received through the Energy Science
and Technology Software Center.
