CHNSED runs on an IBM mainframe.  The files are transmitted on
diskette for convenience.  No executable is included with the 
package.  See the documentation for details on package execution.
CHNSED was not tested at RSICC due to old source code.

To install code:
Insert diskette into floppy drive. Copy CHNSED.EXE into directory
where you want the code stored.  After copying the file, "cd" into
the directory.  Type CHNSED and the files will expand into the
directory.  Transfer the files to the IBM mainframe.
