PC to SUN INSTALLATION:
To install RETRANS, place diskette in drive a: of a PC; 
then FTP (binary transfer) files to SUN subdirectory "RETRANS".  
On the Sun, extract files by typing "tar xvf RETRANS.TAR"

Note: Tested on a SUN SPARC 60 w/SunOS 5.6 and compiled with f77 version 4.2. 
The RETRANS.F source file compiled and executed using the EXAMPLE.INP with minor 
(<1%) differences compared to the IBM 3084 output in EXAMPLE.OUT.  Use of this
program on any other system than the original SIEMENS 7-541 must be done with 
caution as algorithmic results may differ to a larger degree.

The NEA additions to the RETRANS.F source file were denoted in columns 73-77 with 
"NEADB".  These changes were to allow compilation and execution on a IBM 3084.
 No further changes were made to the RETRANS.F source for execution on the SUN
Workstation.
