To install IMPACTS-BRC, cd into the directory where you want the code
installed.  Place the diskette in the floppy drive and copy the files
to the directory.  To run the program type IMPACTS.

IMPACTS-BRC was tested at RSICC on a dell Pentium 100 PC in a DOS 
window under Windows 95.
