ID#: C00664IBMPC00 RSIC#: CCC-664 CODE PKG NAME: ARCON96 COMPUTER: IBM PC PACKAGED: 01/05/99 MOST RECENT UPDATE: *********************************************************************** Transmitted on 1 DS/HD 3.5(1.44MB) DOS DISKETTE ARCON96.EXE 679,391 01-06-99 10:57a ARCON96.EXE 1 file(s) 679,391 bytes Required: 3 megabytes of disk space to expand CCC-664 files. *********************************************************************** Install the ARCON96 executables and sample data to "/ARCON96" subdirectory on the drive of your choice with at least 3 Mbytes of free disk space. Place diskette in floppy drive A:; cd into the directory where you want the program to be installed. Type A:ARCON96 and the files will be expanded into the directory. Once the files are copied to "\ARCON96", run "ARCON96.BAT" by double-clicking on that file, or by typing "RUN ARCON96.BAT" in the ARCON96 directory while in a DOS window. Read the reference document for further information about executing the code. Note: Please disregard the install section of the reference document. The INSTALL.BAT file is not included with this package. *********************************************************************** Note: The executable codes were tested at RSICC on a Dell Pentium 100 PC in a DOS window under Windows 95. When using the CMD.EXD DOS window under the Windows 2000 operating system, the ARCON96 program displays only a part of the ARCON screen. The first screen is supposed to give 2 options for entering input data, then below these two options two buttons are supposed to appear. The problem is that these two buttons (one button to select CONTINUE the other to select CANCEL) do not appear. However the full-screen command.com DOS window displays the entire screen and allows one to run ARCON96 under Windows2000.
