To install the BISON-C package:

1) Choose a directory for installation; "cd" into it
2) copy c00659mnyws00.tar.Z to disk
3) uncompress c00659mnyws00.tar.Z
4) tar -xvf c00659mnyws00.tar       (will create a bisonc subdirectory)
   or zcat c00659mnyws00.d*tar.Z | tar -xvf -

Refer to the specific subdirectory for source codes, manuals, 
sample libraries and input files.  Examine README and manual files
for more details about the package use.

BISON-C was tested at RSICC on an IBM RS/6000 Model 590 running AIX 4.2
with xlf77 version 3.2.2 and on an HP/9000 Model 715 running HPUX-10.20
with f77 version 10.20.01.
