 Note: This code was tested at RSICC using the sample problems on an IBM 
	RS/6000 Model 590 running AIX 3.2.5 using XL C v1.2 and on PC.
	In October 2000, a new PC executable was created using the 
	Microsoft C++ v6.0 under Windows 98 on a Pentium III.   
	No other changes were made to the package.
