     To install ISO-PC on the hard disk, first create a subdirectory for the
ISO-PC files on the hard disk.  Change to the subdirectory where ISO-PC will
be installed and type:        A:\ISOPC                where the drive letter
(A:) refers to the floppy drive with the installation diskette.  If the 
installation diskette is in a different drive, use that drive letter instead.

Note:  The program was tested at RSIC on an Northgate 486/66 running DOS 6.0
       The source codes were compiled and linked at RSIC using Lahey F77 
       version 5.01.  Version 2.1 was also tested under Windows95 in a 
       DOS 7 window.

       ISO-PC 2.1 replaced Version 1.98 in the RSICC collection in the 
       November 1996 update.
