 Note: RBD Version 4.1 was tested at RSIC using the sample problem on 
       a PC 486, 33 MHZ under DOS 6.0.
	
       The database programs use Clipper.  The menu program and other
       user interface routines were written in MS BASIC using the
       MS PDS v7.1.  All computational programs were written using
       MS FORTRAN v5.1.  The source files are omitted from this 
       distribution.
