    NOTES: The PRESTO-II code was run at ORNL on the IBM 3033 under OS/VS2
           using the IBM Fortran VS compiler and language level 66 option.
           The RADFMT program must be run to write the unformatted RADRISK                               
           data file before executing PRESTO-II.  The PRESTO-PREP run is not
           necessary for the sample case.  Instructions for implementation
           on VAX/VMS FORTRAN 77 were added to the documentation 11/30/87.
