     NOTES: The UTMTOX code was run at ORNL on the STC Vax 8600
            running the Version 4.5 operating system and Version 4.6
            Vax Fortran compiler.  The macro which compiles and
            links source files and executes the sample case ran
            in less than 7 minutes.
            The plotting capability has been removed from the code.
