You must compile the source files. No executables are included. The CDC version of DISPERS was first released by RSICC in 1984. It was not tested at RSICC and was not changed when the files were compressed to create a self-extracting Windows archive to facilitate transmittal. DISPERS PC was developed for a PS/2 model IBM PC. It was screened but not tested at RSICC. No executable was created, only source code and sample problems accompany this version.
