       The source in file 1 was upgraded to Version 2.  The
       output in this package was not updated and is the
       result of running Version 1.  Answers will vary.

       October 12, 1988
       An error in the FORTRAN source has been identified but not
       modified.  If a C-13 target is used, the code aborts.  The
       problem is in the dimension of the CS and EN arrays in
       Subroutine AVRAGE.  Changing the dimension from 150 to 201
       solves this problem.
