Note:   The LEOPARD files are in compressed form. They must be
        decompressed.  Place the distribution diskette in drive A
        and type

                A:PLEO

        The files will then be decompressed.

NOTE:  For the microcomputer version of the LEOPARD package, one
exception to the input instructions must be noted.  On the first
burnup card, the PC version expects 5 words instead of 3 as
indicated in WCAP-3269-26.  These extra words should always be
0.0 and 1.0.
