Note 1: The XOQDOQ files are in compressed form. They must be
        decompressed. Place the distribution diskette in an appropriate 
        diskette drive, create the subdirectory (from the root directory) 
        \XOQDOQ on the C: drive, change directories to the \XOQDOQ 
        subdirectory, copy all files from the distribution diskette, with the 
        \XOQDOQ subdirectory as the current working directory type:

                PXOQ

        The files will then be decompressed.

Note 2: The XOQ.EXE file was tested on an IBM PC/XT with 640K of
        memory and 8087 math co-processor. The programs were
        compiled with Ryan-McFarland Fortran Version 2.42.

Note 3: The XOQDOQ executable depends explicitly on files being located in
        C:\XOQDOQ so, unless the source is changed (e.g. line 82) you will
        receive I/O errors if the files are not located there.
