This package was developed and tested using the IBM FORTRAN/2 compiler
version 4.00. The executable file was tested at RSICC on an IBM Pentium
in a DOS window of Windows95.
Copy diskettes to a subdirectory on your PC and follow instructions in
README.DOC to run the test cases.
The June 1997 update corrected the previously existing indexing problem which
caused erroneous results for the "wall-scattered/air-scattered" contribution
if a roof was modeled.
Create a subdirectory on your hard disk, then "cd" to that subdirectory and
type the full path name of the compressed file. Use the "-d" switch to restore
the directory structure.
c:\
mkdir skyiii.pc
cd skyiii.pc
