     Note:  All logical records in this package have been padded with
            blanks to 133 characters per line to facilitate reading the
            tape on a Vax.  Only one MOUNT command with BLOCKSIZE and
            RECORDSIZE qualifiers is required.
            Code was compiled and linked by RSIC on VAX 8600 running VMS
            version 4.5 with Fortran compiler release 4.5.  No switches
            were required.  An extension of the compiler allows a
            hollerith string to be read in Subroutine EDEP1 using FORMAT
            130 without use of a CHARACTER variable.  Some compilers
            will not allow this.  Assign units 5 and 6 to input and
            output files before executing.
