Note:	CDC and IBM mainframe versions were packaged in November 1992 and
	were duplicated in the 2001 release.

	In July 2001, RSICC compiled the IBM mainframe source files on PC
	the Digital Visual Fortran Version 5 and added the executables 
	to the package. No changes were required to the Fortran source.
