This package release was tested at RSICC on a Pentium PC running 
Microsoft® Windows XP™ Service Pack 3. The program is run from the RSAC 
gui created on the desktop after expanding the zip and running setup.

This package includes RSAC-6.2 and WINRP 2.0. The previous version of 
RSAC-6 was compiled with F77L-EM/32 Fortran 77 Version 5.10. This compiler 
and its executables will not run under windows XP or VISTA operating 
systems. (RSAC-6.0 was first released by RSICC in October 2001.)
RSAC-6, Rev. 6.2 (03/11/02), corrects this issue and was validated 
under Windows XP.

WINRP 2.0, a windows based overlay to RSAC-6.2, was developed in 2003. 
Because this version is still in use at some facilities, it is being 
released through RSICC in addition to the new RSAC 7 (CCC-761).
