Note:  SIGMA was tested on Micron Pentium Pro (200MHz) running Windows 95 with
       64MB of memory and using the Lahey F77L3/EM-32 FORTRAN 77 V5.2 compiler.

       This version was converted from the CDC6600 release of October 1974.  The
       only changes made were those required to compile and load on PC.
